The lodge consists of the main log cabin and five lovingly-crafted log guest cabins. Meals are served in the main lodge—where our chef will gladly prepare your catch for dinner—and guests are welcome anytime to peruse the many northern books in the library or simply relax in the bright, cozy living room. Guest cabins strike the perfect balance between rustic pleasures and modern comforts: wood stoves and kerosene lamps provide heat and light the old-fashioned way, yet each cabin is equipped with portable flush toilets and comfortable beds with fresh linen and warm quilts. All guest cabins afford beautiful lake views and are within easy walking distance of the main lodge. Guests—and there are only a few at a time—also have access to a hot shower and a four-person wood-heated sauna, located in a separate log building.

Frances Lake Wilderness Lodge & Tours offers great escapes, interesting nature tours, dogsledding and wilderness excursions at our secluded location in the Yukon's southeast region. Inconnu Lodge

Inconnu Lodge, a fishing and recreational resort in Canada's Yukon Territory. Sitting on the Continental Divide, 185 miles east of Whitehorse, Inconnu Lodge offers it's guests a vast variety of activities: heli-hiking, canoeing, kayaking, gold panning, photography, general relaxation and some of the best fishing in Canada's North. Partnered with Inconnu Lodge is Kluane Airways, offering flights to the Cirque of the Unclimbables in the Northwest Territories for rock climbing.

Fishing at Inconnu Lodge is excellent to say the least. Fly fishing, spin casting or trolling can land beginner to professional fisherman lots of activity in the 5 to 30 LB class. Inconnu Lodge supplies all rods, reels, flies and lures at no charge. Each guide has an extensive assortment of gear for every guest and we use only the finest in fishing gear.

Accommodations are first class. After a long Yukon day, you may choose to relax in the hot tub or sauna, tell the day's stories over a drink and a game of pool, or gather round a large bonfire and watch the Northern Lights. At any rate, save room for a delicious four course gourmet dinner prepared by Inconnu Lodge's own chef - every night! Guest cabins are constructed of finished cedar and can accommodate two to three guests. Each cabin is fully carpeted and has private washroom and shower facilities and looks out on stunning McEvoy Lake.
