Pickerel Bay Cabins Sask River Tours

Pickerel Bay Cabins has 10 very clean and comfortable log cabinsthat sleep up to 7 people. All our cabins overlook Pickerel Bay and are equipped with wood stoves, refrigerators, cooking utensils, bedding, electric outlets and popane cooking stoves. Pickerel Bay is famous for holding cold-water walleyes and your cabin overlooks all this. No need to travel for fishing, you're already here. Lake trout is just around the corner in Hunter Bay (featured in the Fresh Water Fisherman's Bible) for one of the best lake trout locations in Canada. Northern pike are abundant in spring and early summer in The Lonely River and the shallow bays all within 4 miles of our camp. Our private hike in lake, Powdrill (.5 mile hike), offers exclusive northern and walleye fishingin total privacy.

We have clean & comfy accommodations, excellent dining in the main lodge for those wishing the American Plan; family owned and operated, and of course fishing within site of your cabin.

Sask River Tours Sask River Tours

The Palliser Queen has 4 queen size beds, one king size bed and 5 twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. One half bath & one outdoor shower. There's an 8-person hot tub on the upper deck. Propane fireplace. Dual 8.5 cubic foot fridge/freezers. It's the largest houseboat for rental in North America due to its 64 by 27 foot width. The uniqueness of the paddle wheel is reminiscent of the steamboat era & is the main form of propulsion.

Summer Breeze & Wish You Were Here have both been recently refurbished. They each have 4 double beds and 2 twin beds. The drives in both boats have been rebuilt. The units have generators for small appliances and full bathroom (includes tub & shower) in each. They are each 45 by 14 feet wide.

The M/V Betty Lou is a DOT licensed vessel for up to 40 passengers with cruise, bar & meal options. Some tours feature steak supper & dance, afternoon cold plate & afternoon rainbow trout dinner cruise. Tours include historical, archeological, bird watching & more." Spend a few hours, a day, a weekend or a week cruising the sparkling waters of beautiful Lake Diefenbaker.

Glen Hills Trophy Lodge

You have found the best place for trophy hunting, fishing and snowmobiling in Saskatchewan, Canada! Hunt for trophy black bear & trophy whitetail deer. Fish for huge Northern Pike and record-class Walleye. Tobin Lake has been ranked as the best walleye lake in the world by "In-Fisherman" magazine. Tobin lake also holds the record walleye for Saskatchewan. Many 6 to 10 lb. Walleye are also caught and released on a yearly basis! Northern Pike fishing is also great with the largest Northern Pike caught to date at 38 lb. Many 15 to 20 lb. northerns are caught and released every season. Tobin Lake is a Fly-fisherman's Paradise! Spin casting and trolling also offer good success.

Our 5600 sq. ft. deluxe lakeside lodge is nestled in the trees on the lake and boasts 12 bedrooms and a large dining room with panoramic view of the lake. All rooms have a private bathroom and some have a double bed for couples. The lodge has a natural pine interior throughout. We provide good food, panoramic lakeside views, trained professional staff and a natural setting a wide variety of wildflowers, birds, small mammals and invertebrates at the doorstep.
Tobin Lake is an ideal place for conferences, workshops, retreats, and getaways. Located in east-central Saskatchewan, it offers the privacy of treed surroundings with a beautiful lakeside view. A large meeting area for large group activities and a smaller meeting room for smaller focus groups.

Central Saskatchewan is home to a wide range of wildlife. Frequent clear skies allow astronomical observations at any time of year and the aurora borealis (northern lights) are seen at their best.
Tobin Lake offers many photographic opportunities for both still shots and video.
