The Lost Lake is sportfishing heaven ! It is north of the 50 th parallel, deep in the heart of the Quebec boreal forest, in a savage and unchartered region. The Lake Perdu is teeming with lake trout. It is in fact recongnized as one of the best locations in Canada to land trophies. The lake trout are between 3 to 40 pounds. The northern pike weight an average of 5 to 15 lbs and each year, some monster reaching 30 lbs are regularly landed ! We have more and more anglers who use their fly rods to catch pike. Some lakes have even been reserved for the exclusive use of fly-fishing enthusiasts. Whitefish can reach 4 lbs and are a fierce opponent, it especially goes for fly-style lures. At the Lake Perdu base camp, you can fish brook trout in one of our surrounding lakes or rivers. However, if you want to experience the perfect brook trout fishing thrill you have always dreamed of but thought you had to go to Labrador for it, two fully equipped satellite camps are available for your enjoyment.
