Camp Brûlé is a comfortable holiday camp for serious fly fishermen of Atlantic salmon and sea trout. Set on the Petite Cascapedia River fishing is also available on the Grande Cascapédia and Bonaventure Rivers. The Gaspé Peninsula is renowned for its traditions, including great Atlantic salmon fishing with some of the largest Atlantic salmon found anywhere. At Camp Brûlé, we provide world class Atlantic salmon guides, who are experienced on both the Petite and Grande Cascapédia rivers. The camp has 11 pools of private water on the Petite Cascapédia where the number of rods are limited to 4 per day to ensure sections of the river are reserved for our guests.

Camp Brûlé was built in 1883 by Montreal businessmen who called it The Little Cascapedia Club. Its well-kept, white, clapboard buildings, including an ice-house, cook's cabin, and guides' quarters, sport attractive forest-green roofs and shutters, just as they did a century ago. Over the years, little has changed at Brûlé, and that's fine by its most loyal guests who return season after season.

Other Outdoor Activities: Mountain trails through pristine forests provide great hiking and biking, all within minutes of the camp. Old grown up logging roads provide excellent trails for bird watching, picnicking, etc. and canoeing down the river is a must. The ocean is minutes away, with beaches and bonfires on the Baie de Chaleur. Seclusion from crowds allows for a great opportunity to commune with nature and view abundant wildlife such as the moose and caribou.

Matapedia is located at the furthest West point of the Bay des Chaleurs in the Gaspé Peninsula, amid the enchanting surroundings of the breathtaking Matapedia Valley.

Prices include a double room, all meals prepared by gourmet chefs, one good guide with motorized 26 foot canoe (two anglers per canoe), fishing access to the Matapedia and Restigouche Rivers (mostly on private water). Anglers can plan the length of their stay as they choose (vacancy permitting).

Motel Restigouche Outfitters deliver high quality very productive Spring Black Bear Hunting Trips. Includes: Six nights stay, five days of hunting, from permanent extremely sturdy, very comfortable, noiseless tree-stands, that neatly conceal the hunter for the perfect shot. One outstanding guide for every two hunters, transportation to and from hunting grounds, all meals (prepared by gourmet chefs) from the night of arrival to the morning of departure, preparation of skin and meat in quarters.

Salmon Angler Lodge

Located in the Bay of Gaspe where the Dartmouth, the York, and the St.-Jean Rivers meet (Quebec's most productive Atlantic salmon rivers). Salmons weight ranges from l0 lbs to 36 lbs and up. Fly fishing courses are given by your personal guide free of charge. * Fishing is done by wading, with easy access to all pools.

Our Country house with a warm, confortable and inviting atmosphere. A generous homemade breakfast accompanied with a show of the ever charming humingbirds. Beautiful scenic trail bringing you to the falls where you could observe the atlantic salmon from the Dartmouth River. Limited to 8 guests for a small intimate atmosphere. Saumonier offers the ultimate in home cooked 'Gaspésienne cuisine'. All seafood comes directly from the Fisherman's boat at the dock. Also available as a bed and breakfast.

Classic Atlantic salmon flies and fish boxes are available at the Lodge. Complete flyfishing kit is available upon request. The Lodge is accessible by car, plane, train or bus.

Gaspe Salmon Destinations

Gaspé Salmon Destinations is a highly experienced guiding and fishing company specializing in the magnificent rivers of the incredible Gaspé Peninsula, Quebec. Due to the exceptional quality and clarity of our rivers, we can offer anglers excellent opportunities to sight fish to Atlantic salmon in the 10-40-pound range from June 1st to September 30th on the Cascapedia, Petite Cascapedia, Bonaventure and Grand Riviere Rivers. We also offer daily guide services with or without canoes. GSD offers brook trout float trips on a daily or overnight basis on both the East and West branches of the Petite Cascapedia from June 25th to August 31st . The average size trout is between 2 to 6-pounds with fish over 10-pounds lurking about. A truly magical canoe/fishing expedition, our trout fishing adventures are highly sought after due to the limited number of trips we do throughout the season…

We operate two of the finest lodges found on the Gaspe Peninsula, Dunkillie Lodge on the Cascapedia River and the Pourvoirie des Trois Couronnes which is on the Grande Riviere River. Both of these fine lodges are perfectly situated on the southern shore of the Gaspe Peninsula about an hour and forty five minutes from one another. We have great guides and camp staff at both lodges as well as two excellent chefs that serve some of the finest meals found on the Peninsula!

Located on Quebec's Gaspe Penninsula we offer Atlantic Salmon fishing and upland wingshooting second to none. Our lodge has been described as the "crown jewel" of sporting lodges. Fine dining, superb accommadations, and great service are all hallmarks of the experience. The lodge features comfortable dining and living areas, a massive fireplace, spacious bedrooms with private baths, and screened sun porches. We have a large well equipped gun and rod room.

Three great salmon rivers to fish from June to September. The Bonaventure, the Grand Cascapedia, and the Petit Cascapedia where salmon in the 40 lb. class are not uncommon. The Gaspe Penninsula is one of the prime nesting areas for Woodcock in North America giving us substantial flights throu the region in late September through October.
