Quebec's Far North Region Fishing Lodges and Family Resorts
Quebec Lodges and Resorts Vacations
Quebec's Far North - James Bay Region fishing lodges and family resorts...

The Far North occupies more than half the province of Québec, with a population of only 40,000 (including Inuit, Cree, and Caucasians). Divided between the James Bay and Nunavik territories, this is virgin hinterland at its best.

On the Southern side you see a never-ending piece of land where the magnificent sky melts with the pure horizon. The beauty uncovers itself silently. The aquatic world is one of the most important aspects of James Bay. Up north, the tundra -moss, lichen, grasses and dwarf trees- reign like absolute kings of the land.

Visitors enjoy wildlife observation, air safaris, snowmobile or dogsled treks, fishing and caribou hunting, and other adventure-oriented activities.
