Uchi Lake Lodge is a fly-in fishing lodge in Northwestern Ontario offering hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, , and best of all a pristine remote wilderness with unsurpassed fishing and hunting. We are the only resort on Uchi Lake. If you are looking for an exceptional fishing experience the walleye ( 2 - 10 lbs.) and northern pike ( 8 - 25 lbs.) are abundant. The lake is approximately 12 miles long with numerous islands, protected bays, and feeder creeks. We can accommodate groups of 2 up to 30 guests in comfort.

American Plan includes accommodations with electricity, private showerhouse, daily maid service, lunch, dinner on arrival, breakfast on morning of departure, 3 meals per day, 14' boats, new Mercury motor, all your gasoline, ice, linens and towels, cleaning/packaging and freezing of meat, flight to and from base. Conservation licence, minnow buckets, fish measuring devices, landing nets, boat seats and cushions.

When you arrive in Sioux Lookout to fly to Uchi Lake, your aircraft will be waiting for you. There is no weight limit on our aircraft so feel free to pack for comfort. If you would like groceries waiting for you when you arrive - just call us and we will gladly pick them up for you free of charge.

White Sands Camp

Our camp is situated on a level, sandy point on the north end of magnificent Sturgeon Lake where walleye, lake trout, northern pike and whitefish are very plentiful. Our main camp location allows you to fish many miles of safe water in all weather. You can also choose to fish in many other good fishing lakes nearby which are accessible by road.

Your cabin at White Sands Camp is only a few feet from the water's edge. Inside your cabin you will find flush toilets, refrigerator, propane cook stove, thermostatically controlled heat and all the equipment you need to make your meals. We have package plans available including summer family rates and seniors discounts. Facilities for guests use include our safe, sandy beach, sauna, and gazebo.

You can fly from our base camp to one of our Outposts in Wabikimi Park to fish or moose hunt in the fall. Each Outpost is the only one on a lake offering trophy northern pike fishing. White Sands Camp has a fabulous area to hunt in. Whether you choose spring or fall bear, (pre-baited stands) moose, grouse or rabbit- you'll find miles and miles of uninhabited wilderness to find game in.

Winter Activities: endless snowmachining from our winterized base camp. Try some ice fishing on Sturgeon Lake or let us direct you to some fabulous remote lakes that are "non-road" accessible.
