Sunny Birch is a family owned resort located in
Sauble Beach. We are proud of our friendly atmosphere
and the level of hospitality that we offer our
vacationers. Enjoy a leisure stroll along the
miles of sandy beach, sunbath, relax, swim, sail
board. Canoe or sea-doo on the crystal, clear,
blue waters of Lake Huron.
All cottage units are designed for easy housekeeping
and ultimate quality living accommodations. Walking
trail on property - short walk to safe sandy beach,
the pier, and the falls. Walk to the falls to
see the salmon jumping upstream in late summer
or wander through the forest to communicate with
nature. Located in a quiet wooded setting near
the Sauble River and Sauble Beach.
For
the outdoor enthusiast: Canoe/Kayaking, follow
the streams, rivers, and lakes used to discover
our country and visit the historic sites on the
way. Winter Fun! Cross country skiing on our property
to a four-trail system - tobogganing nearby -
ice fishing at Chesley Lake and Wiarton Bay. |

Ontario Fishing & Trout Ponds |

Located in the Grey-Bruce region, near Owen Sound, Georgian Bay area. Ontario Fishing & Trout Ponds is located 1 km North of the town of Durham, on the west side of the road. Fire# sign 313706. Look for the PUBLIC FISHING SIGN. We have numerous ponds stocked with naturally fed brook, brown and rainbow trout. Rainbow trout stocked regularly, brook and brown when available.
This is a family facility aimed at providing a fun-filled fishing day for everyone. Open April through October to the public for trout pond fishing. Open 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to SUNSET. Bring your own fishing equipment. PHONE: 519-369-5717

Rosewood Cottages we offer you an excellent Ontario
location for your vacation or getaway. We have succeeded
in our endeavor to maintain very affordable rates
while strictly keeping to the highest standards of
cleanliness, comfort and modern conveniences!
Fishing
-The Saugeen River here at Southampton is renown for
its' excellent steelhead(rainbow trout) and salmon
fishery. Other species caught are brown trout, muskellunge,
bass, pickeral(walleye), lake trout... You may rent
a charter boat from our local operators. We have boat
access to Lake Huron.
Around
our heated swimming pool is a two tier deck on which
to absorb some rays.The beach is only a 10-15 min.
walk, tennis, bike trails. The Saugeen is a great
river both for beginners and more advanced paddlers.
Golfing is across the street, the 27 hole Saugeen
course 5 min. away. |

to North Shore Cottages in Port Elgin, Ontario, located
on clean Lake Huron, with miles of sandy beaches.
Come and spend some relaxing time on this spacious
1.5 acre property. It is directly across the street
from a town park which is all that separates you from
beautiful clean, clear Lake Huron. The sandy beach
is a five minute stroll to the south -- just far enough
away from the "busyness" of the beach during the summer.
Naturalists
love the picturesque location and the variety of birds
at the feeders. The "Enchanted Forest", as one guest
named it, abuts our property and you can walk for
miles through the bush on cross country ski trails.
The property has seven well equipped cottages in excellent
condition, a small spring fed creek, lots of mature
trees. |
